We only offer refunds if the cancellation is due to weather conditions. If your activity is canceled because of unsafe weather, you will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations due to personal reasons, no refunds are provided, but we will do our best to reschedule your booking to another suitable time.
Yes, you can change your travel date! We understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to reschedule your booking, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your original booking to arrange a new date. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
