All services are performed on a specific date and time (“activity date”). You are responsible for selecting and verifying the correct date before making payment. Refer to the Refund Policy for terms on cancellation, date changes, and no-shows.

22.1 Change of Date & No-Show
Date changes are subject to availability. If you or participants fail to appear at the designated time and place, the package will be deemed canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
22.2 Adverse Weather & Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to adverse weather or other force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
